I don’t know about you, but I have to remind myself on the regular that no matter what I’m working on, if it doesn’t go the way I want it to, that’s o.k. It’s normal that things won’t always go my way.
So what do I do when that happens? Take a deep breath. Call a friend. Go for a walk. Do some stretches. Meditate. Take some time off. Get a cup of coffee with a friend.
It’s o.k. to take a rest. But eventually I get back up and take another approach. Eventually I know I’ll get this.
